Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is the largest and most well-established telecommunications company in Pakistan. Originally a state-owned enterprise, PTCL was privatized in 2005 when the government sold a majority stake to Etisalat, a telecommunications company based in the United Arab Emirates.
